Students in focus

In Term 1, 35 ABC HEYWIRE Winners, from all parts of rural, regional and remote Australia, travelled vast distances to Canberra to share their stories and work together to advocate for changes needed to support their communities.

Three SIDE students are to represent WA in Canberra.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to attend the Presentation Ceremony at Exmouth District High School for the Year 12 students. Although it was a small group of 11 students, the night was a fabulous celebration of their achievements.

Here are some of the achievements of our elite performance students in recent weeks.

Ella Ravat, Niamh Thompson and Rhett Davies are looking forward to taking up dancing positions overseas.

Arts and Technology teachers have all been impressed by Zy's mature, creative approach to his work.
