CREATE, CONNECT AND SHARE RESPECT
6 February 2018 is Safer Internet Day! At SIDE we are celebrating with a special Saba Classroom event on 9 February.
Safer Internet Day is an opportunity to raise awareness of the safe and positive use of digital technology, and to explore the role we can all play in creating a better and safer online community.
Coordinated by the Office of the eSafety Commissioner nationally, and celebrated in 130 countries, this year’s theme is: ‘Create, connect and share respect: A better internet starts with you.’
SIDE is supporting Safer Internet Day with a special Saba Classroom event on Friday, February 9 at 1pm and we encourage all students in Years 4-8 to join in!
SIDE's home-based students in Years 4-8 will be automatically enrolled and the sessions is available to school-based students by request. School-based students, contact Narelle Carlon to enrol.
