The Mini Industry Roadshow visited Lake Grace and Jerramungup High Schools, delivering engaging, hands-on workshops led by industry professionals. Students explored Construction, Marine Biology, and Disability Support Care, gaining practical skills while developing a deeper understanding of potential career pathways.

Marine Biology:

Gianna introduced students to marine ecosystems, focusing on key species such as sharks and whales. The session highlighted environmental sustainability and the impact of microplastics, encouraging students to consider the importance of protecting marine environments.

Disability Support Care:

Matt facilitated interactive activities designed to build empathy and effective communication skills. Students experienced navigating spaces with limited vision and using visual aids, helping them better understand the challenges faced in disability support settings.

Construction:

Nathan delivered a practical workshop on fundamental building skills, including safe tool use and basic construction techniques. The session provided students with valuable insight into the industry and highlighted pathways into construction and trade careers.
