Please follow the enrolment process step by step. The Online Enrolment Application is a multi-stage process requiring various documentation.
- Proof of WA residency and age.
- Minimum enrolment period met.
- SIDE Supervisor in place to provide daily supervision and duty of care.
- Required digital and hardware resources: compatible computer with software, fast internet, USB headset with microphone, webcam, printer, and scanner. iPads are not accepted.
- Meets a specific enrolment category.

For Referral Program applications, please contact your current school to submit your child’s application.
- Proof of WA residency: current shire rates notice or current rental agreement for a period of 12 months, plus a current utilities bill.
- Proof of student age: birth certificate or current passport.
- School reports, NAPLAN and OLNA, if applicable.
- Unique Student Identifier (USI) for students in Years 7-12. If your child does not have one, apply through the USI website .
- Immunisation History Statement.
- Medical management plans.
- Supporting information if the student has learning difficulties, disabilities or health conditions that may affect learning, such as Individual Education Plans or Individual Learning Plans.
- Formal diagnosis paperwork, such as a letter from a clinician confirming diagnosis.
- Evidence as per the enrolment category.

Documents sent by email cannot be processed.
- The Enrolment Application is a 3-stage process where information and supporting documentation will be required. The Enrolments Team will review all details and guide you through each step.
