| Course Content Description: |
A3MAS
In this unit, students
- extend complex numbers into polar form
- use knowledge of functions and techniques of calculus for sketching graphs and solving integration problems
- use vectors in 3 dimensions and work vector equations and vector calculus
- solve geometric problems in 3D space and solve motion problems in 3D space
A4MAS
In this unit, students
- continue the study of differentiation and integration
- apply calculus to solve simple differential equations with application to biology and kinematics
- study the distribution of sample means
