A1MAS
In this unit, students
- develop mathematical arguments in a geometry proof
- study combinations for use in probability and algebra
- study vectors in 2 dimensions.
A2MAS
In this unit, students
- use matrices to work with 2-dimensional situations in geometry
- learn about complex numbers
- apply trigonometry techniques to a variety of situations
- develop the technique of proof by mathematical induction
