All applications
- Birth certificate and/or Passport
- Proof of Western Australian address e.g. utility account, rental agreement
- Immunisation record
- School Reports from the previous two year’s schooling
- NAPLAN and OLNA results
As relevant:
- Visa sub-class and accompanying VEVO or visa grant letter
- Court orders and/or access restrictions documentation
- Individual Education Plans (IEP)
- Health Care Plan
- approval from SCSA
- English as a Second Language eligibility for enrolment approval from SCSA
- Additional documents to meet specific enrolment criteria (outlined in Step 1 above).
