We are the Lukis family. We began our association with the Correspondence School in 1941 when Jean, the eldest of our family, began correspondence lessons at White Springs Station near Marble Bar. This association continued through the 1940s and 1950s as Dorothy and then John, the youngest enrolled with the school.

Tundie Jones, Deputy Principal of SIDE Primary K-6, describes changes in practices in the Primary years and the way in which teaching and learning has been integral to those changes.

Jonathan provides insights into the technology changes over the last 15 years which have benefitted students studying by distance education.

Penny worked in the DEC and continues to work at SIDE. She discusses the changes in the Referral Program and the way in which SIDE School Psychologists work with students.
