The focus for this unit is issues associated with career management, workplaces and influences and trends in times of change including:

• The need to undertake personal and  professional development opportunities
• Adapting communication skills to show respect for differences within the work place
• Being enterprising in a changing global economy,
• Methods of finding job opportunities, including cold canvassing
