Course Content Description:

This qualification allows students to develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare for work. They may undertake a range of simple tasks under direct supervision. The range of technical skills and knowledge is targeted to basic levels in communication, technology, planning and organisation.

Applications may include a variety of employment related skills including preparatory access and participation skills, broad-based induction skills and/or specific workplace skills. 

This qualification is comprised of the following 12 Units of Competency:
