Course Content Description:

This qualification allows students to develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare for work. The range of skills and knowledge is targeted to basic levels in communication, technology, planning, organisation and personal finance.

Applications may include a variety of employmen related skills including preparatory access and participation skills, broad-based induction skills and/or specific workplace skills.

This qualification is comprised of the following 8 Units of Competency:

FNSINC301 Work effectively in the financial services industry

Elective units
