Modules in Lower Secondary Mathematics generally follow a continuum. The selection of modules in Years 8, 9 and 10 depends upon the students previous progress and intended WACE pathway.
Senior Secondary

2009 was the first year students could enrol in one or both of the new Mathematics Courses. The Courses consist of units of study which are intended to be studied in pairs over the whole school year. The Courses are Mathematics General (MAT) and Mathematics Specialist (MAS).

Use these materials to get started on your courses. You should, of course, contact your teacher as soon as possible, as they will organise Moodle and Centra logins. Depending on the course, you may receive some materials in the post.
Work Calendars

The Work Calendars are available for students in their Moodle courses. These calendars provide due dates for assessments. These dates are when the work should be received at SIDE. Any variation to these dates should be negotiated with the teacher.
Where these documents have been individualised for a student, an amended calendar is provided to them.
SIDE supervisors and parents can request copies of these documents from the student’s course teacher.
