SIDE 2013 Examination Dates
The following information is provided to ensure appropriate examination arrangements are in place for Year 11 and 12 students studying WACE Courses through SIDE
Semester One:
- Year 11 and 12: Tuesday 4th June - Friday 7th June
Semester Two:
- Year 12 students: Monday 23rd - Friday 27th September
- Year 11 students: Monday 11th - Friday 15th November

Home based students must nominate an exam supervisor using the form below. Please check with your student coordinator regarding the due date for the form

Broad, balanced, flexible. The curriculum at SIDE offers a range of options for the School's diverse population. Full time home based students can access a comprehensive programme from Year 8-12. Part time students can select from hundreds of courses to enhance the programme on offer at their base school.

Assessment is central to the teaching and learning programme at SIDE. Comprehensive formative and summative assessment strategies are used to ensure students, supervisors and parents are well informed of progress. Students, parents and supervisors are strongly advised to read our assessment policies.
Lower Secondary Assessment Policy
This policy applies to Years 8 to 10. Lower Secondary students taking a WACE course must read the Senior School Assessment Policy (below).
Senior Secondary Assessment Policy
This policy applies to Years 11 and 12, and other students undertaking a WACE course.
